Lane Bryant Flexes On Victoria’s Secret

Yesterday, I was totally overwhelmed when the F train rolled in to the 23rd street station wrapped in the new Cacique by Lane Bryant campaign. It was so invigorating and exciting to see six sexy and playful plus size women in their unmentionables and boldly declaring - #ImNoAngel.

I love the jab at Victoria’s Secret, curtailing their ideology that skinny women may be considered Angels but we curvy girls don’t fit the build. We are all women – the real women representing the girl next door, the mother of five and then some. Thank you Lane Bryant for showing the world what the opposite of angels look like and they too are beautiful.
