Shipping Policy

The Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier maybe managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $75. 

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates posted at checkout.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver some. Free standard ground shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for such additional costs or taxes. 

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. 

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

If a delivery is lost, we initiate an investigation via the shipping method used. If the package is geotagged (for every delivery, the package is scanned and the GPS coordinates are registered.) as delivered to the address provided, it is considered delivered successfully. If the package is geotagged at a location other than the address provided, we will reship or refund. Shapely is not responsible for packages being lost or stolen AFTER delivery. If you feel it is unsafe to deliver to your address or leave packages at your address, please contact us to make other delivery arrangements.
