Eating Right During Quarantine

The United Nations’ World Food Progamme nutritionists are offering 7 healthy tips on what to eat and what to avoid while we’re on quarantine. Some of the recommendations include hydrating, consuming grains and GROW foods like meat, fish, eggs and milk. They also recommend that we don’t forget to get in some exercise. I have been going on walks two to three times a week and strength training at home.

Although, the virus has completely changed how we live our lives from day-to-day perhaps some of these changes may be good for us.
