The Fat + Active Forum: Here’s What You Missed
In June of 2019 the Shapely team took on Dallas to bring the DFW area what others nationwide have come to love and enjoy, the Fat + Active Forum. So many people ask “What is it?” Is it a discussion? Is it a seminar? Is it a workout class? It’s a mix of all those things. It’s an hour that starts with some panel discussion that is designed to engaged the audience. This isn’t one of those seminars where we speak, you listen, then we try to sell you something. This is designed to be as interactive as possible. We want to hear your stories, tips, and struggles. The goal isn’t to get you to make any radical unrealistic changes to who you are. We aim to inspire and motive you incorporate more activity into your daily life, all the other great stuff that come with it is encouraged but totally up to you. Will you guys be there next year?
We regret to inform you that we will not be hosting a Fat + Active Forum in Texas. For all that were attendance at the 2019 thank you so much.
Where can I find the next Fat + Active Forum?
In June of 2020 you can find us at the Curvy Ventures bash in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
What should I wear to the Forum?
You can wear almost anything however we do recommend that you dress comfortably in something that’s breathable and movable especially if you plan on participating in the light active part at the end. We do have suggested outfits that you can purchase from the Shapely Shop.
Do you sell workout gear for the Forum?
Yes we do, you can find both the leggings, the tee, and the fanny pack featured in the video at the Shapely Shop. It is strongly recommended that you purchase your gear at minimum 3 weeks before the event. We will have some items for sale at the event but size and/or style are not guaranteed.
How much is it?
The Fat + Active Forum for both dates/locations are included in your bash/admission ticket. It’s no extra cost to you!
Will there be Gift Bags?
Yes, we will have “Active” bags for guests. The contents are TBA. If you would like your product placed in the bags and/or would like to sponsor a portion of the event please contact us.
