As previously stated, there are some changes designed to keep us all safe while still allowing us to have a great time. Lodging will be sold on a unit by unit basis. What does that mean? You are not paying for a slot or as an individual, you are paying for the entire unit. Each unit is a two-bedroom townhouse which includes the features below.

A full unit is $100 USD per person for a 5-night, 6-day stay. If that’s not a deal, then we don’t know what is. Please note that you are not required to fill your unit, however the price remains $800 USD. On-site events and activities are available, plus guests receive a Shapely tote swag bag (value $50). Shapely Ski is going to be a memorable event for friends and couples.

We have an important Shapely Ski update
Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, we’re reaching out to let you know that Shapely Ski 2021 will still be taking place however there will be significant changes. We’ve had to adjust our approach taking into account the times. Restructuring this event to protect our guests and our staff will take some time. We were looking to open ticket sales on June 21, 2020 but in light of the spikes and the uncertainty of what’s to come, there are some plans we are putting in place to protect both your health and finances.
One of the things we’re changing is the pricing structure. You will be paying in advance for lodging only. Guests will be responsible for transportation to and from the resort, transportation while on location, and dining and entertainment will be a la carte.
Here are the benefits of these changes:
Guest have the ability to select their own preferable transportation options.
Guests are no longer obligated to any particular event or activity, with the pay-as-you-go option you decide specifically what you will like to engage in.
Guests no longer have to select their activities at the time of registration.
If the ability to engage in these activities change due to COVID, you do not have to worry about requesting and waiting for a refund or a price adjustment.
Guests will not be place with someone they don’t know. With our new unit booking structure, you will be able to reserve a unit that sleeps up to eight people which you can assign as you please.
Given the changes, we are now able to say that reservations are non-refundable. They are transferrable with a $99 rebooking fee that goes to the resort. Also, if the resort is closed due to COVID, you will be entitled to a full refund.
While we know this may be an adjustment, we hope you understand this is a necessary step to help ensure a fun and safe trip with minimal financial risk and maximum safety precautions. As these are unprecedented times, we want to do right by our customers and keep a comfortable level of financial flexibility.
