They don’t just party; they party hard. Think of it as the adult version of spring break—but with more confidence, better vibes, and way fewer regrets 😏. So, if you’re down for an extended weekend of poolside turn-ups, wild club nights, games, drinks, and next-level shenanigans, Cocoa Beach Bash is where you need to be. Bash Fee
Bash fee is $199 from Thursday through Sunday. Payments are made after the registration form is completed.
This is paid attendees only prepaid event which includes access to the hotel. Everyone MUST be booked at the hotel through their site. No visitors to hotel. Event crashers will be removed and so will you. They request that you DO NOT drink & drive.
Lodging
The 2025 Cocoa Beach Bash will take place at the Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel & Suites. They’ve hosted the bash for years now and do an amazing job each and every year. Room prices are as follows:
Tower suites are at BASH CENTRAL start at $149+ tax per night. Suites at bash central tower are a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette (no stove/oven) with a refrigerator and microwave, sink, bar and two bar stools. Living room has a sofa, chair and TV. Bedroom has two queen beds or one king bed (limited availability on kings). All suites are ocean view and pool view. To book this room you must have a Wednesday to Sunday minimum stay.
Ocean Tower standards have an ocean view that faces the side/pier but still have ocean view and bash central view. To book this room you must have a Wednesday to Sunday minimum stay.
Oceanfront Tower Junior Suites has ocean front rooms. The rooms are set up as junior suites. The junior suite has a bedroom area and sitting area separated by a half wall, and have full ocean view or side ocean view. To book this room you must have a Wednesday to Sunday minimum stay.

Breakfast is served by hotel on first floor of bash central building. Other hotel guests also utilize these spaces. Please be courteous and dressed. Lunch and dinners are served by Plus Dimensions in bash central. Lunch and dinners are private Please do not drink and drive. There are restaurants to walk to, or order delivery if you don't like what they are serving.

The beach is a short walk and requires you climb a few stairs up and a few stairs down from the ramp. No scooter access unless you go from the pier and then your scooter must maneuver in the sand. Please do not go to the beach alone at night or anytime if you have been drinking.
If you are not used to swimming in the ocean or waves, they will quickly pull you out or under, so buddy-up, and please remember to swim at an angle to get back to shore, don't try to swim straight to the beach, it won't work. NO GLASS ON BEACH. NO RED SOLO TYPE CUPS ON BEACH.
Please pick up all trash. Our ocean is not your garbage can!

Event bracelets must be worn at all times all weekend for entry to tower, tower pool, parties, and meals.

REMEMBER No glass at pool, not even in your cooler. Also all coolers will have to be parked outside of the gate due to limited space.
Bring plastic cups and pitchers for the pool, but no glass. No plastic disposable cups on the beach due to environmental safety concerns, no glass either.
Locals or people driving in, please bring folding chairs & pop up cabana if you have one. Bring them to your room at night or bike lock them to the fence. No drinks in or out of restaurants. Leave your cup at the hotel.
Florida Law strictly enforces no public drinking. This includes walking to local spots.
