Philly FatCon is a three-day event occurring October 18- 20, 2024. Philly FatCon is a first-of-its-kind convention, focused on creating a judgment-free community. Curated for fat people, by fat people. They hope you’ll them us for a busy weekend of learning, moving, shopping, and socializing. Tickets aren’t on sale as yet but you can secure lodging at the special FatCon rate now.

Hotel Accommodations
A hotel block is available at the Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia - Midtown, an IHG Hotel for Friday and Saturday evenings. Use this link or call and reference code FAC to book standard, double rooms at their guaranteed rate. Accessible rooms are available, please call to ensure you receive the room you need.
The hotel is located at 1305 Walnut Street, Philadelphia PA 19107. There’s a daily self-parking fee of $39 and a free deluxe breakfast bar.
Accessibility
The University of the Arts is an ADA-compliant facility. Philly FatCon will be utilizing the accessible entrance as the primary entrance for registration/check-in. There is a street-level entrance, nearby handicapped parking, and an elevator inside of the facility.
Accessibility information for additional locations will be made available before registration.
The Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia - Midtown has reserved accessible rooms with lower beds and accessible tubs for our guests. If you need one of these rooms, please call to reserve your room using the information in the Hotel Accommodations section above.
